Larry was excellent! I rent my home, so I didn't have a choice with who came to look at my furnace. Larry knew my and my fiance's names when he came in and was great at explaining what he needed to do. He was not awkward and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. He found the issue and corrected it quickly. 10/10, Larry! Great work.
