We would like to highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cool. Of course our furnace quit working on the weekend. So, we were scrambling to find a new company to come out because we were less than pleased with our previous company and their lack of customer service. We called Ultra and left a message and was promptly called back by a very nice person. She set all the expectations on when they would be there and who was coming. This is where the good customer experience became great. Raphael was on time and greeted us with a smile as he was putting on his shoe covers before he entered our home. I had an outstanding experience with Ultra Heating & Cooling. I was quoted a fair price and the work was done in a timely manner. The installer did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. I would highly recommend Ultra Heating & Cooling to anyone.
Larry did a great job fixing a leak in our air conditioner! He was professional, quick and very informative. I appreciate him explaining and educating me on what he was doing and how to best take care of my AC. My family is forward to the ultra care membership we signed up for to help ensure all our heating and cooling needs at our house stay up to date. Thank you!!
