Our furnace decided to go out the coldest week of the year thus far. Based on a recommendation provided by a friend, the team at Patriot was very quick to get a tech on site, assess our issue and resolve the problem with a new install of the heating unit, plus new AC. Cody, Steve and Mike were very knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service. In looking at the prospect of having to replace both the AC and furnace units, I contacted Patriot and one other business. The first time I talked with Jake on the phone, he put me at ease on the appt to view what concerns we had with the old units and what to expect with the new if we went with him. He was everything a business owner needs to be. Responsive, listens, offers ideas/advice and doesn't hide details. The other guys, not so much. Patriot came in well under what we expected to pay and had us up and running within a week with the new. For a couple of weeks I was having issues with my furnace. The first effort to fix it didn't work so I called Patriot to take a look at it. I called at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Friday and by 3:20 Jake, the owner, arrived. Within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Shortly after he left Stephanie called to schedule the install, which we agreed would be Tuesday morning. About 30 minutes or so after that call is when Gabe showed up with the part and said he was there to install it, a pleasant surprise!
