Aerianna Haas-Syvertsen did an excellent job of fixing my furnace.One of the things I like about working with Beebe, is they'll try to fix the problem, rather than just try to sell a new system.
David texted on his way, showed up on time and went to it. He was friendly and professional and showed us how we could maintain the heat pump. He did a great job and tested everything before he left, charged us fairly and right in line with the bid. Very knowledgeable guy and great customer service skills. We’re going to ask BEEBE to send Dave on the next service call.
Thanks to Dave for coming out for a seasonal furnace/humidifier check yesterday. We’ve had Dave from Beebe take care of our furnace/AC for several years now. He’s the only person who ALWAYS gets it right when we’ve had to call to have work done.
