Our furnace blower went out this past Saturday. We showed up Monday morning with the entire assembly for our Lennox furnace that had been incorrectly installed in the past. Counter service tech was super nice, super helpful and gave us the exact correct parts. The parts were in stock and my husband was able to install the same day. Super customer service!

I'm so happy I found this place! My furnace started making a horrible noise Friday evening. My cousin referred me to HVAC Parts Shop, and I'm glad he did.I showed up this past Saturday when they opened, and Rick assisted me with finding the parts for my furnace. Rick did an excellent job and had great customer service skills, which seems to be hard to find these days. Rick even went above and beyond to call me and let me know that I had left my debit card there on the counter. Great overall experience! Not only did they have the blower motor parts I needed in stock, but they came 4 days earlier than expected!They processed the order quickly and sent the products with helpful instructions.Would highly recommend!
