“We had a great experience using Top Notch recently. Our furnace went out during the recent cold stretch and we were trying to work with our preferred service company, AB May. We had a horrible experience in dealing with them which forced us to get a 2nd opinion. We had a sales rep (Winston) come out and go over replacement options with me the next day. He took the extra step of contacting their best technician (Josh) to see if we could get him out to validate what we were being told by AB May. Josh made it out that same day, checked everything out and confirmed AB May had installed a part incorrectly. So in the same day, we were presented competitive replacement options, but were really blown away by the customer service we received from both Winston and Josh in getting us back up and running. I was incredibly appreciative that they took the extra effort to help us as we have 3 young children at home. I have also received continued check-in's to ensure everything is still running correctly. They gave me honest opinions on needed repairs and how/when to start thinking about replacement options. I can't recommend Top Notch enough!“

“The crews that came out to my house to fix my plumbing issues were top notch. When I built my house, we had a horrible general contractor at first who brought with him a horrible plumber. Water doesn't flow uphill, but the idiot did that on the main line. Well Anthony has been my go to for a while and when it came to this job they exceeded my expectations.The work took longer than expected (not the crew's fault). There were issues getting through the wall because I overbuilt my house, yet despite all of this, the 4 guys had smiles on their faces. They communicated with me constantly, were pleasant, and in the end got the job done RIGHT. They could have cut corners, they didn't. They could have done it "good enough" but instead opted to do it right. They earned my future business.Sure I could have gone cheaper, but I am confident that I would have been disappointed or been hit with hidden fees.
