I was expecting pricing for a new system and after he checked my furnace he told me it looked fine and there was no need to purchase a new system. “I have a Tri Star cannister vacuum and there was a problem w the connection in the hose/handle that would cause the "power brush" to stop turning. I stopped by the Shawnee Aerus Store and was welcomed by a nice man named Don. He is the service technician and Don was AMAZING! He trouble shot the problem, identified the issue and replaced the broken connection part that needed to be replaced in the handle! Great job Don and THANK YOU for the great service! “Chuck has been a family friend for many years. He replaced a dinosaur 1950s Rheem furnace and Montgomery Ward AC unit in two days for a fraction of what I was quoted by three local companies. AC runs quiet and blows ice cold. I also had him run some ductwork to a side room that did not have any, and he knocked it out in a couple hours. Hands down the most knowledgeable and experienced HVAC guy I’ve come across. Quality workmanship. Highly recommended!“
