I stopped in today to find 2 girls working. Both attractive young ladies. I opted for an hour 4 hands massage. The shop was clean and the ladies were very professional throughout the session. I felt relaxed and refreshed after my 60+ minutes. Excellent, fun service I will definitely be returning soon!

I can’t recommend Mane Moxie enough. My son has long and very curly hair, so it needs to be cut by a true pro. We had taken him places in the past that just kind of rushed his hair trims and he was always a little unhappy with the results. He wanted to take quite a bit off this time and was nervous to do so, but Whitey really took the time to understand what he wanted, gave him options, and some professional suggestions. His hair turned out even better than he was hoping. We were beyond happy and will be sticking with Mane Moxie!

I love to go in even when I'm not looking for anything because it's such a positive energizing place. The owner is incredibly friendly and inviting. They have the largest selection of gems, crystals, etc that I've ever seen. I've purchased several hats there that I couldn't find anywhere else and they keep getting different ones! I'm looking forward to trying the salt cave sometime soon.

My parents always taught me to tip my barber well, but I have been reluctant to in the past with some of the commentary I have heard from barbers in the past. Mr. Campbell on the other hand, has been great to talk to! It is astounding what he has accomplished in such a short time and I wish him all the best in his future business.

If you make an appointment they're ready for you at y your appointment time -- they don't take a walk in 5 minutes before your appointment like other salons do. Excellent staff, every one of them. Highly recommend.

Naturally You Nails is a wonderful place for nail care. It is extremely clean and Sharon is great!! She has tons of colors to choose from. I had an ingrown toenail that twice in the past I have gone to two different podiatrists and had them removed. Very painful. Sharon put a very small band across my toenail bed and within minutes there was instant relief that continued until the nail grew out. I have never had any more discomfort. Sharon is a great educator and will work with you to get your nails healthy and looking beautiful! I highly recommend Sharon!!!!

My past stylist is located out of town and when she had to reduce her hours our schedules no longer worked together so I had to find someone new - a scary process! I have only used Lanza products for years (thanks to my previous stylist) and it was important to me that I find a salon that uses Lanza. (If you haven’t used their products, you should! Amazing stuff - my hair has been through a lot the last few years and it has never been healthier). I used the salon finder function on the Lanza sight and found Missy! Our first phone call lasted at least 20 minutes - she wanted to know about my hair - and me! Felt like we had known each other forever! I told her I have curly hair that can have a mind of its own if not cut right. Turns out she specializes in curly hair! I had family coming to visit so she found a spot for me and truly worked her magic. She took time to follow what my previous stylist had done, while also putting her own stamp on it. She even contacted me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with it and to make sure I knew if I wanted any “tweaking” she would be happy to do so. Cannot wait for my next appointment!

Update: Been going to Paige exclusively since 2018. She still does an amazing job on my curly coarse hair. And something I love is their shampooing recliner. The tub has a pillow so your head and neck are always supported which is a must for me since having neck surgery. Paige always makes sure I’m comfortable while she’s washing my hair and I agree with others she does give the best head massage too! And something else she’s the best at is blowouts!! She can make my curly hair smooth, straight, and silky with just a blowout! No straightener needed. She’s the only one that has accomplished that!

I want to recommend Stephen for your piercings. Long story short I was terrified to go to prison and possibly have my LIFE SAVING daith piercings removed. I had these done back in 2018. They survived the Feds and so did I, because of The piercings he did to CURE my migraines. I was offered thousands for the rings alone while locked up, but the purpose of them is priceless. I will forever be so grateful. He is worth every penny you pay. ?? He’s also done my nipples and my nose piercing. Very professional and very knowledgeable.
Erica and Trent are absolutely amazing artists AND humans! I have come the conclusion that I want no other artists to ink me! They have a fantastic intimate shop! The fact that walk ins are not available gives you a unique one on one (or two if you're daring) experience that just doesn't compare to a bigger studio! The artwork really speaks for itself but just last night, Trent did some freehand work to tie some work on my arm together and the detail and care that he put into it was truly astounding. I cannot even put into words how amazing this duo is!

I called Rick Ray plumbing as I was having some sewer issues and of course it had to be over Christmas. I waited and called on Monday and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Robert Cohen came to the house and he was nice and to the point. He found my problem, broken sewer line, and he made recommendations. I am now waiting on an estimate to fix the sewer line. It was great to have someone come in and find the problem quickly along with recommendations. The charge for Mondays call was extremely reasonable. Now just waiting on my estimate and yes definitely using this company again for any future problems!

I had a plumbing issue. The first company I called wanted 23+ THOUSAND dollars and said they had to remove my closed in porch and out side deck. Ray plumbing can over and did the whole job for about 8,000 and didn’t destroy my porch or deck! They will not take advantage of you and will do what’s necessary! ????????
I had a very good experience with Mike at Easterday Plumbing in Springfield, Illinois. He had to come out three times because of the different situations I was dealing with. He was so kind, helpful, and patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt he really wanted me to be happy with and confident in his suggestions and work. He even gave me suggestions about things I could do to avoid more trouble in the future. I highly recommend him and the company.

Allied came highly recommended by our real estate agent, and they didn't disappoint! Bryan came to quickly unplug a couple of drains for us, and replaced a kitchen faucet, but also gave us a requested estimate on replacing our two elderly gas water heaters. They were replaced within a week of being ordered, and Bryan returned to install them without much mess and no fuss. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up before he left. Loved that we had the same tech do both the early repairs and the water heater installation. Will definitely call Allied again!
Restoring well-water service was provided professionally and promptly (on the heels of another company Not answering follow-up calls). A broken (frozen) well-pump was replaced, and trouble-shooting ensued as it was not functioning properly once replaced. Jordan worked hard at finding the cause, and championed it after investing his own time to figure it out, and reset the pump to function properly. He wrapped up the work by redesigning and repairing plumbing lines so this mishap would not be repeated, but could be avoided by some simple maintenance I could do. Much of the work was in a mud basement—old fruit cellar—tight and not very pleasant conditions. He trouble-shot a couple other minor issues, along with Steve helping, the 2nd day.There are truly not enough words of thanks to say for the great (albeit grungy) work that was done. His expertise applied repairs that I could not have done on my own, which restored water to my home, and left it functioning Better than it had been.I believe Jason reflects the principles of this company, which seems to operate with the old-fashioned, country values of helping out a neighbor in a reasonable, cost-effective manner.Will definitely call them for help with any future needs (that will hopefully be a lot more tidy)!Services: Toilet repair

Thanks for doing the electric work on my house! Do you know if I can use electricity to fix my toe fungus problem. It has gotten really bad they are turning green and brown, and I am getting very concerned. I would go to the doctor but I do not have health insurance and would like to fix this. Sometimes it hurts to walk and no women want to date me. When ever they see my toes they get grossed out and projectile vomit all over my apartment. The smell is attracting mice and ants. I did this on a whim for a move in clean as I didn’t have time or desire to do a whole house clean when we moved in. Not only did they do expected cleaning such as toilets and windows. They scrubbed my 6 panel doors. Wiped out chandelier glasses. Her team of 4 hand scrubbed my floors and the house smells so clean. 100% worth every penny.

Our home was built in 1881. Rick has the knowledge and experience to work through all of the challenges an older home has. We asked him to convert a small bedroom to a new bathroom and change the existing bathroom to a laundry room. Rick has the level of skill to do that to an old home. We are absolutely in love with what he has created! He is an outstanding craftsman. He saved the original subway tile and was able to see our vision and create a new bathroom with a mix of new and old Victorian style to fit our home. He's the only one we will ever call for future projects!

Called Sentinel because I had a big hornets nest on the back of my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me a price estimate. Within that week a technician named Greg showed up right on time and in a matter of minutes got to work and got the nest sprayed. He said to check it in a couple of days and if I still noticed activity around the nest to call back. I waited 3 days and still noticed a few around the nest so called back and talked to Greg and he was able to come by right away and respray. That seemed to do the trick and eliminated the remaining hornets. When I received their bill in the mail the charge was at the lowest end of the price range estimate I was given on the phone so I was very happy about that. All in all I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in the future!

I had a problem tooth, and this dental office I had never been to before got me right in, did some procedure that day on that one, and a couple others they noticed. They had me come in another day to do others, with a cleaning in between. They got the insurance all updated, and everything I needed. Friendly dentist, and staff. I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist, now, even though some parts were uncomfortable. I can't understand how anyone could give this team a one star rating.

I’ve been dealing with a severe back injury for over a year. Hospital visits, physical therapy for 6+ months, ct scans, urgent care, mri, etc and nothing worked until my pcp and amazing in-laws who have been long term patients referred me and I was so grateful to be able to be accepted to the practice as a new patient. Literally within 2 weeks of treatment my issue was almost fully resolved after the severe pain I’ve been in for over a year due to broken ribs and wish I wouldn’t have waited so long. My husband has been a patient for 13+ yrs, & Dr. Allen (Optimal Chiropractic) has fixed migraines, & debilitating back pain for my husband. White oaks west animal hospital has the best staff I have ever encountered. Everyone is so nice and kind and takes great care of their patients. (Both animal and human) Everyone would be lucky to bring their animals here!
This vet is in it because they love animals. They provided me with honest no judgement vet care for my baby and saved her for me. Might I add they did this as a new patient when my other vet refused to see her. This is the only place I will take my non human babies as I know my babies are being treated by someone who truly cares and has their best interest at heart.
Over the last 6 decades, I've had several pets, none of which ever liked going to the vet. When we picked up our present dog, Emma, 13 1/2 years ago, we decided to go with the vet where her puppy's records were. Several vets are closer to home but found the extra miles are well worth it. We are so pleased that Emma enjoys seeing Dr. Houmas. Drs. Hill & Houmas have a great team.
