Pro Nails provides excellent customer service, getting customers in right away. They are pleasant and take their time, making clients feel cared for. Many have been going for years and are never disappointed, always having a good experience with beautiful results for services like pedicures and callus removal. Customers are very pleased, plan to return soon, and won't go to anyone else in Springfield.
Simon was my nail tech for years I miss him I'm out of the state now and I haven't been able to see him now for 3 years but he always did took his time when I was able to make appointments so I always just make appointments so he can really take his time with you and versus being walking but he does amazing job and I always supported him because he his wife is sickly and so she is not in the shop anymore but he does an amazing job regardless of all the stress he is under and I miss you and I pray everyday that you and your family are well I'm going to send my niece your way and my sister and if I'm ever up in Springfield I will come and see you
Excellent customer service they got me in right away when no one else was open, they generally care and take their time, my nails looked beautiful. I am very pleased and I will be back for a pedicure real soon.
1st time I went to pro nails I loved it. Pedicure was great and when I left the shop my feet felt soo good I have arthritis and I was so relaxed my knails were so pretty thank you so much P.N.
