They did a couple of jobs for me.The last one they just completed was a big project upgrading my electrical system (grounding, changing outlets, and bringing it up to code). They promptly addressed and resolved any issues that came up. John was here a couple of times so I remember his name but ALL the workers at my home and that I dealt with otherwise - Mike W, Derrick(?), the other guys, the scheduler, and an owner or manager who called me (sorry I forgot their names) and including office workers when I stopped by were excellent - very nice, patient, understanding. Mike Workman (Senior Estimator) and the two gentlemen that came out to do the actual work were very professional. First time user (after the derecho) and will only be using Ryan Electric going forward! I personally took my payment (in person) because that’s how satisfied I was with the work. Thanks team Ryan!
