My first appointment with Sydne and my first time at the salon. EVERYTHING from check-in, wait time, consultation, wash, cut, style, rescheduling and check-out was perfect. I received a warm greeting at check-in and waited only a few moments before I began my time with Sydne. Sydne listened well and asked relevant questions during my consultation and I left with the EXACT cut I was wanting (maybe even a tad bit better)! The salon was bright, clean, and comfortable. Sydne displayed confidence that is a little rare in one with limited experience and I felt fully relaxed trusting her to cut my hair. Went in with a bad haircut that I did on myself impulsively. I communicated that with Addison and she was able to fix it up! She did a wonderful job, and was so patient and welcoming.
