They were so courteous right from the person I spoke with to make the appointment to the specialist that asked exactly what I needed who was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my needs and giving me the best price to meet those needs along with explaining their amazing guarantees!! I pay for service for my elder Dad. My Dad really likes consistently having Mike. And my Dad doesn’t like lots various people in his home. Lol. We get notified by Orkin the day before but Mike always sends an extra text or call he is on the way because my Dad is hard of hearing and doesn’t always get the door or maybe taking a nap. Mike doesn’t have to do this but he goes the extra mileto do so. We appreciate Mike, and we have had very little pest issues on the contract every other month. Thanks Mike and Orkin. We had a reoccurrence of the bedbug situation (just one sighting) and they came out and took care of it very quickly! Our technician was Clayton. Friendly and professional. Good communication!
