Definitely go to Jacob at Midwest Bodywork! I've been going to see Jacob for the past year and I highly recommend it. Jacob is now offering structural integration services and after my most recent appointments with him, I feel so much better. My posture is better, I'm in less pain, and overall I just feel better. Jacob is great at listening and working with you to see the results that you want to see.
I highly recommend getting a massage from Jacob at Midwest Bodywork Co. Seriously the best massages. Jacob is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I usually get a deep tissue massage and I always leave relaxed and refreshed (but never in pain/bruised or like I barely felt anything)10/10.
Jacob does an amazing job at tailoring his skills and techniques to your specific area of concern. He is focused and dedicated to improving overall health and well-being. My pain and discomfort have significantly improved over the past few months. Excellent service!
