Knob Hill Landscape Co. is a professional and friendly business. Their design team creates perfect layouts, taking ideas and making them better. The project leads and crews are top notch and meticulous, with incredible work. They offer a lifetime warranty on hardscaping. Communication is good throughout the process, with personal touches and great customer service. They inspect completed work to ensure satisfaction. However, some note that follow-up on post-completion issues can be slow. They are highly recommended for their impressive and careful work.
They’ve landscaped my backyard and my front yard and their work is just gorgeous. All of their employees there could not be any nicer and they take their time with you. They are also taking care of my lawn maintenance and my bed maintenance and my pool as well, their service is second to none. I just had Blake Mizer out to for the Turf Care Program and he explained to me exactly what he was going to do before he did it, and then explained to me what was going to happen this fall as well.
We wanted to thank all of those involved on our project. The design team created the patio and landscape layout that we love, the project leads and crews were top notch! Highly recommend their work!
I am very impressed with everyone at Knob Hill. So incredibly friendly, helpful and meticulous. In our first meeting, we explained what we were thinking. They took our ideas and made them better! The end design was just perfect! They were communicative throughout the entire process so we were never left wondering about anything. Once the work was completed, they came back to inspect the crews work and quickly identified a few things that they weren’t happy with. They sent the crew back out and it as done to their satisfaction quickly! We really appreciated the great customer service and personal touches from our first meeting to our last! Highly recommend!
