Called Sentinel because I had a big hornets nest on the back of my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me a price estimate. Within that week a technician named Greg showed up right on time and in a matter of minutes got to work and got the nest sprayed. He said to check it in a couple of days and if I still noticed activity around the nest to call back. I waited 3 days and still noticed a few around the nest so called back and talked to Greg and he was able to come by right away and respray. We had bed bugs, Sentinel Pest Control killed them off after 1 heat treatment.They gave me paper instructions on how to prepare for the heat treatment. The salesman had some good additional information about bed bug behavior which he shared.They did an excellent job of heat treating our house. Killed the bed bugs off. They have been gone for well over 2 years.(I followed the paper directions. I also actively (regularly) cleaned up the bed bugs with duck tape(on the bed and the couch)). Also ran the dryer regularly with pillows and blankets.
