Easily the best dental office in Springfield:-- Staff always friendly and caring-- Exceptionally knowledgable-- Go out of their way to make it as comfortable and as painless an experience as possible.If you have to travel quite a ways to get there, even, I assure you, it is worth the level of service

Dr Ruggless was able to do a temporary crown w/o doing a root canal. He worked me in that afternoon. I can’t say enough for.him and his staff. They all go the extra mile for their patients. I am very much impressed and highly recommend them. They are fast, efficient and up to date with the latest technology. Thank you Dr Ruggless and staff. You all do a great job!!!

Dr. Ruggless and his staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and professional! Laura is the best (and friendliest) hygienist that I've ever had. Shane is great with kids as well, having little ones of his own. Top of the line dental care!
