I burst a pipe behind a wall on a Saturday afternoon. Roto Rooter showed up and got that isolated and our water back on for the weekend. Then on Monday they came back and replaced everything broken in short order. The tech was very efficient, extremely polite and knew his trade very well. I'm very happy with their performance.

Oscar and Carlos were fantastic! They called before they arrived and were here within the service window! They carefully planned what steps they would take to diagnose the issue, and then estimated the cost and explained the services before they started the fix. Nobody likes to have emergency plumbing issues, but these two two were great and fixed the whole problem in less than an hour!
