My son (13) loves going to workout at Ignite! “The workouts have made me stronger and better at all sports, Lars makes workouts hard but fun! You leave tired but can’t wait to go back!” Ignite is a great environment not just for improving ones physical health, but it is lead by such positive, and encouraging individuals that make your character stronger! My son always looks forward to going, even knowing he will be exhausted and sore! He had an injury and Lars made sure to make his workouts accommodating for him. They also are very helpful with schedule conflicts, and you can count on a timely response.
Been tanning off and on for forever- this is by far the nicest, cleanest, and best salon I have been to. The beds are amazing and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Mary always answers my questions and offers the best recommendations. It is 100% worth driving to Rochester if you are out of town.
