The gentleman I spoke with (Gino or Dino) was very kind. and sent Saul out asap. Saul had all the parts in his truck and had no problem replacing it. “We called Even Flow at 6am and Judy answered the phone. We told her the hot water tank was leaking and she asked that we send her a picture of the tank’s information. At 9am that same day Ben came to look at the tank. I had a lot of questions which he answered and even brought up some things we didn’t even think to ask He said he would get a tank but not that day. Since I was leaving that day and was going to be gone a few days, he turned off the water and gas to the tank so I didn’t have to worry. The day I came home John arrived at 8:15am with the new water heater. He said it would take approximately 2 hours to install and another 45 minutes for the water to get hot. Giving a timeframe was something I appreciated. After the installation was complete, John turned on all of the faucets in the sinks and showers to be sure everything was fine. Before he left he cleaned up everything so well no one would have known any work was done on the water heater. I LOVE everyone at Even Flow as they have super service and share information with you. “I woke up this morning and discovered N O WATER, YIKES!!!! After calling city, neighbors to see if they had water, etc. decided I must call a plumber. One could come out on Monday. Today is Thurs. That wouldn't work. Finally called Alexander. The gentleman said he could be here in 30 minutes. And he was. Another one of his staff arrived shortly. They were courteous, put "booties" on to keep my floors clean. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Cannot beat their rates. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing. Joan G.“

“Mark’s Plumbing Inc. was one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years of home ownership!! Starting with the initial phone call to Gracey who couldn’t have been more helpful with my many questions about my 31 year old Rheem hot water tank! Within minutes I had a fair estimate and a convenient appointment scheduled!! On the day of the install I was notified when Michael & Jessie were on their way! When they arrived in their clean, nicely decorated van and well dressed in their uniforms!
Both were very polite and very informative to my questions! They were not bothered by me watching them throughout the install ! And I forgot to mention booties were put on when entering my front door, all drips were wiped up and crumbs were vacuumed up!! I definitely got my money’s worth from this FIVE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ COMPANY!!!! I called another plumber near me first because i wasn't sure if my home was too far from Elgin for them. I should have called them first when I saw they were recommended on the NextDoor app!
Right away the first plumber i called, had called these guys in. That plumber spoke so highly of these guys at A&E so i was confident with the recommendation.

These guys arrived in about 30 minutes. I warned them before they went down into my basement. I had a soft blockage that caused raw seeage to go up and flood my entire basement floor. Yeah, it was WAY worse than it sounds. These guys are tough, hardworking professionals. They were able to get my pipes drained and water flowing again. I am so thankful they were brave enough to go into my basement. I wasn't going anywhere near the door! Thank you A&E (:“

“Can't say enough about Acey and Sump Pump Medic. With three visits, he completely updated our Ion sump pump systems compared to what was originally installed when we had our house built 9 years ago. Our new set up is now correctly sized and configured to operate efficiently like we need. There is a creek at the end of our block so the water table is high. “Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“
