10/10 experience all the way through. Restore staff followed up right away after I submitted the form on the website and were able to send someone out the same day.Marco expertly and accurately diagnosed the issue, which confirmed my suspicions about a slow leak from an upstairs shower drain (caused by the previous owner's DIY special). He clearly explained the options, estimated costs, and timeline.He was able to fix the issue during that same day in less than 2 hours while I finished work and kept the dogs occupied. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Dan came to our home to investigate a steady flow of water in our basement. It was coming from the corner of the foundation, and had a slight sewage smell. Dan looked all over the house and checked all the plumbing. Before having me commit to any procedure or deposit, Dan went outside and across the street and checked the village sewer line. Dan found that the village sewer was completely clogged, and that was causing sewer water to back up into our home. Public works was called and they fixed the problem which in turn fixed our problem. Literally the only plumber I called that was eager to help us and come out quickly. Dan was fabulous, very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Restore Plumbing and Drain. They will be our go to plumbers from here on out.Update 12/11/20 - We had a leak in our bathroom which was renovated a few years ago from the toilet. We thought it was just the seal, but Dave discovered that at some point the toilet itself had been cracked and someone had attempted to repair it, so we needed a new toilet.
