I woke up this morning and discovered N O WATER, YIKES!!!! After calling city, neighbors to see if they had water, etc. decided I must call a plumber. One could come out on Monday. Today is Thurs. That wouldn't work. Finally called Alexander. The gentleman said he could be here in 30 minutes. And he was. Another one of his staff arrived shortly. They were courteous, put "booties" on to keep my floors clean. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Cannot beat their rates. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing. Joan G.
Plumbing tech called before he arrived on time, analyzed the problem and checked for future problems, gave a great cost, fixed my leak within the time stated. Fantastic service. Thank you guys!
They were very throughout with finding out the issue. Explained what my options were in fixing the problem and asked for my input before committing any big jobs. In general very knowledgeable of the area and respectful of my house. They literally swept before leaving and reorganized my sink cabinet.
