Alexander Plumbing was prompt in responding to the emergency replacement of the water heater which had completely failed. They showed up at the scheduled time, did the replacement and removed the old heater as their proposal said they would. I have used them for many years and would highly recommend them.
Great service! This was the first time I had to call a plumber, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The plumber was very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired a PVC leak that I accidentally caused while mounting a TV. Highly recommend!
I found a leak in my bathroom and Alexander Plumping came to my home the next day. Neil turned the water off at the toilet and provided an estimate that indicated he would purchase a new toilet and install it. At the time I requested a high toilet but didn't think to specify that the toilet should match what was being removed. A white long seat toilet was installed when I previously had a bone round seat. Since the location of the toilet is a small space, the new white toilet sticks out very noticeably. Neil was very professional with the service but I just wish I had requested a different toilet.
