I had a small hiccup with them but they worked with me and we got it figured out. The owner was on vacation at the time but he took time out of his trip to help me personally. Going forward these will be the guys I do business with and I suggest you do the same.”

“I realized my AC was not working on Saturday, I had turned it off last week because it was cool. Of course the weekend is the worse time to have AC problems, but I sent a message anyway. Someone (a sweet lady, a live one, no AI) from the business called back soon afterwards. She explained that they could send someone out but there would be a fee to cover the added expense of a weekend service call. I totally understood so I opted to wait for today, Monday. The house was not yet hot inside. Jay showed up exactly at the time that was scheduled today. Wonderful !!<br>He explained what could be the problem and systematically began to test a few things on the outside unit. It turned out to be something fairly simple and the part was in the mini-warehouse (the truck) so it was replaced quickly.<br>Everything that was done was explained and he asked me to stay and witness the testing procedure.
