“I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price.Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.“

“I had a Tramco lift station flood control system in my home in Chicago installed by Nuzzo Plumbing and I never feared it going out, or having a flood in my basement. It's well engineered with built-in redundency. Now that I am in the suburbs, I am looking into a Tramco pedestal pump over a submersible zoeller or big box brand that gets replaced every 5 years as a precaution. $200-300+ Diy/ big box pump every 5 years adds up, plus the anxiety just isn't worth it.“

On February 6, 2024, the services technician Alex traveled about an hour to get to our property, checked on furnace in detail and provided a few repair options. We appreciated his professional services and suggestions. Also we thanked for office's quick arrangement on setting up an appointment.

On December 10, Tyler provided a maintenance Tune-Up for our furnaces. He checked in detail patiently and provided options for care and repair down the road. Also we’d appreciate coordination with appointments from the office.“

“okay so i usually don’t write reviews but this guy trey really helped me out. my heater broke and it was like 40 degrees outside. i called and they said someone would come in the morning, he showed up right on time.
he looked at everything, told me what was going on, and fixed it in less than an hour. he was really respectful and not pushy at all. didn’t try to upsell or anything. price was decent and now my house is finally warm again. really appreciate it man. will definitely recommend to my friends.“

1/9/2026- I continue to add to this review! Heavy rains caused us to have sump pump issues. Carmen was out the next day. He was able to replace a dated sump pump and back up system. He had great recommendations and financing options for this large project. Carmen also added a digital control panel so that we do not have to open the pit and disturb our radon mitigation system.“
