“We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Royal Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone and the two gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly, kind, and professional. Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak, which initially seemed like a simple enough job for a do-it-yourself-er, until I got under the sink and noticed all the under-cabinet piping/drainage was fully corroded and needed to be replaced. The housing of the kitchen faucet was so corroded from 20+ years of Lemont water; I couldn’t get it off the sink. We asked them to install the replacement faucet and disposal since they were on-site. We will be using Royal for any future jobs and will be referring others to them. Thank you, Royal Plumbing!“

“Although I have used them in the past, I am reviewing Burns Plumbing after I had a huge issue in my newly completed basement renovation. Drywaller drilled into a supply line behind my bar. Months later the screw popped out of the line and caused massive flooding my basement. I did two things when noticed the water... I shut off the main and then called Burns. Should you ever find yourself in an emergency or needing scheduled maintenance... do the same thing. Within 30 mins Sean was at my door diagnosing the issue and using some specialized equipment that he had in his truck. These guys have everything you need when you need it. From start to finish I really appreciated the clear communication, professionalism, and the quick and clean service. I see why they've been in business for so long. These guys are the real deal. I will be using them for any/all plumbing issues moving forward and you should too. Great local business, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing from a commercial aspect. 5/5 rating.“

“As I'm used to living in apartments and have only been in my townhome for about a year. I'm not too familiar with how some pumps work normally. I've been having an issue with drains flies and thought the pump had stop working. They were quickly able to determine that there was no issue. Definitely have an old pump, but it didn't need replacing at this time. Since they didn't find any other issues didn't bother charging a fee which was nice.“
