Service One has been a great choice for us - they showed up quickly when our furnace died during the cold month of December and all service visits since have been quick, professional, clean, and easy. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with the men that handled the work done. They replaced an air conditioner and a furnace yesterday. The office contacted us more then once as the guys were on their way and Erin called to advise us that they were on their way. They arrived at 830am. They told us 830-10 and were promptly on time. Erin was so professional and yet personable. Making us feel very comfortable with them in the home. They worked quietly and kept everything clean in the house as they worked. We called service one when our heating wasn't working. They were able to get me on literally 2 hours after I called. It was the first time turning it on for the season. Brandon identified the issue with our flame sensor and had the problem fixed without any issues. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and was extremely professional. He took the extra care to leave everything nice and tidy when he was finished. 10/10 service and will definitely be using them again.Service: Heating system repair
