“Had a wonderful experience with Stephens. As most things go, bad timing for my main sump pump to fail. It was a Friday morning and an entire weekend of rain was in the forecast. This was a disaster waiting to happen for my basement. I called Stephens in the morning. They were booked but said they'd call me back if anything opened up. I got a call a little later in the day and said someone can be there within an hour. I said I'll take it!The individual, Perry, who came was the definition of professional. Polite, thorough, and customer oriented. Diagnosed the failure, explained the solutions, and was timely and efficient in his work. My dog even liked him :)In a time of need, Stephens came through. “I had a great experience with Brilliant Plumbers! I had a shower valve and several shut off valves replaced in my condo. It required the building to have the water shut-off for only a 4 hour period so, the work had to be done quickly. Not only was the job done well but he had time to spare! Not to mention that the plumbers for our HOA were so impressed that they tried to hire my plumber! LOL! Anyway, I am really happy with the work that was done and I highly reccomend!“
