My roto rooter tech, Jon, was recommended by my neighbor who had her water heater replaced a couple of years ago. He was able to come out the same day I called and give me a reasonable estimate. Then he was able to replace it the next day without any issues. Jon frequently asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing. “I highly recommend Suburban plumbing. We called for an emergency where sewer water was coming from our drains in the basement. Mike and Bob were knowledgeable and were able to pin point the issue. They explained to us what they did and why we needed additional services for example the jet cleaning. The prices are not as high as other companies and can finance a project. Overall service was quick and efficient. I am glad to do business and will contract them for further projects.“
