left a voicemail at around 7am for a clogged basement drain, and Ray got back to me very quickly, he arrived to my house promptly and got the job done ASAP. Him and his assistant diagnosed the problem and finished in around 20 mins. He was very kind and I would recommend the service to anybody.
Ray is Honest, Skilled, knowledgeable, polite, cost effective, Professional, Fast with appointments and fast while doing work, one of the best out there and won't rip you. His skill level is exceptional. He has worked in my home two times and both times he did excellent work.
Ray and his partner Dmitrius did a phenomenal job at installing our water softener. Ray was very professional and always answered calls right away and promptly communicated when they are on the way giving us ample heads up. They even worked over the weekend.
