My hot water heater failed over the Fourth of July weekend. I called Rootbuster plumbing and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they answered my call. Within the hour, Phil arrived which was amazing considering it was the Fourth of July weekend. He removed and replaced the water heater in no time. Phil was professional and vey nice to get along with. I truly appreciate the quick response and excellent quality work. Thank you so much!
Mike did an amazing job helping us with a plumbing issue that ended up being much more complicated than we originally thought. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way.

We had 2 of our shower handle cartridges replaced by Mike. He's a down to earth guy and very easy to talk too. He explained everything to me and I also knew quite a few things that he worked on.
