Mike did an amazing job helping us with a plumbing issue that ended up being much more complicated than we originally thought. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way.
On top of that, he was just genuinely friendly and easy to work with. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and great with customers. We had 2 of our shower handle cartridges replaced by Mike. He's a down to earth guy and very easy to talk too. He explained everything to me and I also knew quite a few things that he worked on. He also gave me some good advice about some questions I had. He is very professional and we thank you for an awesome job you did! You Rock! 5 stars for us!
Great service and super nice guy! Responsive and on time. The owner of the business, very helpful and trustworthy. Helped us out by talking through a repair and how to do it ourselves, to save us some unnecessary cost. We will definitely be calling him again in the future for any plumbing issues! Highly recommend!
