Our sump pump was struggling to keep up after a big snowmelt. LaCassa sent Matt H out to assess the problem and he ordered a new pump for us. Jimmy W returned the next day to install it and echoed Matt H's recommendation for a larger pit. Jimmy arranged for LaCassa's sewer team to do the work and Matt L and Frank arrived this morning. They removed the old pit, dug a larger hole and installed a new pit and installed the new sump pump. They were extremely conscientious and meticulous in their work, from covering our carpets with tarps, taping paper over the hardwoods, cleaning up every speck of dirt, hauling out every bit of trash and even scrubbing the floor around the...read full review
Jimmy from La Cassa was incredible. He was able to fix my leak and help out with other issues he found too. He worked hard to save me money, which was so appreciated. He also responded immediately when I needed help submitting an itemized invoice for insurance. I highly recommend!
Gentleman taking care of me were extremely professional, courteous and went above and beyond to keep costs down. Unfortunately, some intrusive work needed to be done. Definitely recommend!
