I had a plugged kitchen sink drain problem on Sunday. I called and didn't expect anyone to pick up but Josh answered and because it wasn't an emergency, he came out first thing on Monday. Put me at ease that someone came out very quickly and he did a great job. Took his time and fixed the drain stoppage. Friendly and great service.
Josh and his guys were awesome! They came out within an hour after I called and assessed a blockage in the main drain. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and where the problem areas were. After jetting it out, the pipe’s in great shape and we’re up and running again. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.
Josh assessed my sink issue and probable causes, he also made recommendations on more reliable products to replace, he and Sammy arrived as promised on time and efficiently did the install at the quoted price, a pleasure to work with this team!
