He's a great gentleman, very pleasant, professional, and attention to details. When he finished the two new units and filled and started the water heaters, he was suspecting minor water leak from old water lines and watched for a while and we didn't see any. But Ken still decided to re-pipe that portion and went back to pick up his tools again and drained the heaters to re-pipe.
