“I called Superior Plumbing. They fit us in right away from the office since there was a previous cancelation. Jeremy was our service technician. He was on time and very professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. After he inspected our house, the leak we were experiencing was a leaky toilet from a wax ring that was improperly installed from a previous contractor when our bathroom was remodeled 7 months ago. This resulted in quite a bit of water damage in the drywall from this leak. Jeremy explained how to better insulate the supply and drain lines. He also advised me on other projects that I would done in the future. Jeremy is also a mentor to apprentices, and now I know why. He is very thorough and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Superior Plumbing for all of my future plumbing projects. Price to repair this project was as I thought, very reasonable.“

“Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. I spoke with Bob on a Thursday after being without plumbing for 4 days. I spoke to a few companies prior and had an appointment set for the following Tuesday just to take a look because that was the earliest I thought I could have anyone there. When Bob reached out he said “no, we can be there Friday with the camera to get a look at what we’re dealing with and be back on Monday to start work. This is an emergency”. By Friday mid day he had someone here setting barrels in the front yard to block off the street for when they start work. Bob and Zack were both friendly, caring and very clear on what they were doing throughout the whole process. I will be honest, before this happened, I had never heard of Tappendorf Plumbing but they have a customer for life. “Normally, I leave bad reviews for companies lol but I feel compelled to leave an amazing review for B & B drain tech! Last Thursday my son used the restroom and not only did it back up my toilet, but my tub had standing water. I was in tears as I tried my own snaking/draino etc with no luck ? $100 down the drain. I called Roter Rooter, though I had many recommendations for B&B..why, it was cheaper. Roter Rooter came out the next day and did nothing bit to try an charge me alot of money due to their inexperienced tech and shaddly tactics. I called B & B late Friday night, the receptionist was so sweet and said I'll get a season tech to you on Monday between 10 and 2pm, out comes Russ about 1230 pm, he was so quick, he climbed my roof (I would have never guessed this was an option) and ran the snake and almost instantly everything was fine and he even took a call from me to ask If my roofers did something wrong or if there was something I could do to prevent that in the future. Russ is friendly, efficient and good. He made my entire week better because I was so scared of what was going to need to be done based on another company lying to me. If you are in need, don't hesitate, well worth the money ? Thanks Russ and B & B drain tech team!“
