Shawn arrived in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and made a recommendation for an improvement. I was sufficiently impressed with the response time and quality of service that I bought an annual service agreement.

13 months later: Was fortunate to have Shaun and his assistant Joe repair faulty plumbing under 3 sinks. The job took about 4 hrs. When done, they tested for leaks and thoroughly vacuumed. The following day still no leaks, so A-OK and back in code.
