“Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. I spoke with Bob on a Thursday after being without plumbing for 4 days. I spoke to a few companies prior and had an appointment set for the following Tuesday just to take a look because that was the earliest I thought I could have anyone there. When Bob reached out he said “no, we can be there Friday with the camera to get a look at what we’re dealing with and be back on Monday to start work. This is an emergency”. By Friday mid day he had someone here setting barrels in the front yard to block off the street for when they start work. Bob and Zack were both friendly, caring and very clear on what they were doing throughout the whole process. I will be honest, before this happened, I had never heard of Tappendorf Plumbing but they have a customer for life. They check our heating every fall, our AC each spring, and pretty much everything we need in between.Recently, we had trouble with our toilets--as in, for a month, one or both were constantly plugging to the point where we couldn't fix it ourselves (our teenagers are talented in this particular area).Ragan came to our rescue several times, then suggested that we might switch to a more powerful type of commode.
