Normally, I leave bad reviews for companies lol but I feel compelled to leave an amazing review for B & B drain tech! Last Thursday my son used the restroom and not only did it back up my toilet, but my tub had standing water. I was in tears as I tried my own snaking/draino etc with no luck ? $100 down the drain. I called Roter Rooter, though I had many recommendations for B&B..why, it was cheaper. Roter Rooter came out the next day and did nothing bit to try an charge me alot of money due to their inexperienced tech and shaddly tactics. Dominick made the day. He had a great attitude for getting a call on a Saturday on New Year’s weekend. His professionalism and experience make it easy to recommend him for other people.
Excellent people & service. The receptionist that booked our appointment and processed our payment was very friendly. Our service tech Tylen was great and very informative. 2 thumbs all the way up????
