I called Superior Plumbing. They fit us in right away from the office since there was a previous cancelation. Jeremy was our service technician. He was on time and very professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. After he inspected our house, the leak we were experiencing was a leaky toilet from a wax ring that was improperly installed from a previous contractor when our bathroom was remodeled 7 months ago. This resulted in quite a bit of water damage in the drywall from this leak. Jeremy explained how to better insulate the supply and drain lines. They were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable from the moment they answered the phone. The receptionist was understanding and found a way to get someone out right away. Jeremy was on time, explained my options, fixed our kitchen plumbing issue quickly & cleaned up after. All three days before Thanksgiving when every other place said no way.
