They were prompt, arrived early, and kept clients informed. The team was super nice and helpful, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. They did not overcharge and provided a quote right away. Customers felt they could 100% trust the company to help fix things without taking advantage of a plumbing crisis. The staff, including Christina, was helpful in booking appointments. Reviewers highly recommend Element Plumbing and would use them again for their fast and efficient service.
Absolutely phenomenal!
I will begin with saying it wasn't the cheapest option, but I had a gut feeling they would take good care of my family. They definitely did! Super nice and helpful. They had me send pictures of my water heater, so they could see how to get it done and gave me a quote right away! Fast and efficient! Definitely will be using them again in the future!
I have used element plumbing through the years when I have needed them. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, they are so very prompt, courteous, skillful and understanding in every way. Highly recommend! Made an appointment for two days out, technician arrived early (called ahead to confirm this way okay), and got right on the job. Rod did a great job keeping me informed on what he was doing and finished quickly. Very pleased with the level of service and quality of work.
