We recently had our water heater start to leak. We got it from Element about 2 1/2 years ago. We called them to assess the situation. They came the next day. Unfortunately, it looked like we simply got a bad unit. They replaced it that day. Kyle and another technician quickly took good care of us! We DID have to pay for labor but felt it was a very fair fee. Thank you for your quick response!

I will begin with saying it wasn't the cheapest option, but I had a gut feeling they would take good care of my family. They definitely did! Super nice and helpful. They had me send pictures of my water heater, so they could see how to get it done and gave me a quote right away! Fast and efficient! Definitely will be using them again in the future!
