Not only did NW Mechanical respond quickly, but they turned a stressful plumbing situation into nothing more than yesterday’s problem just as quickly. Shane that came out was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Top tier people who really care and react to their customers!
Northwest Mechanical Inc Great customer and outstanding plumber services. Everyone hopes to never encounter plumbing issues. However, the reality is that at some point we will. Over the years, I have had the worst and most unlucky experience with local plumbing companies, e.g., poor customer service and painstaking repair response. My contacting Northwest Mechanical at the point of relieving my plumbing frustrations was responsive quality repair service. Service plumber, Shane Sheaman repaired my clogged water lines that prevented water from exiting the water lines. Replaced my Boiler and Water Heater, with a Combi unit made by Navien. Recommended by Joe Robertson of North West Mechanical. (Estimater) Installation was done by Shaun of North West Mechanical. Very Professional Job! I Highly recommend this, if you have a Boiler! Call Joe of North West!
