Phil, the service tech, quickly diagnosed our leaking coil and gave us the option to repair it. He was honest about the cost and that we’d basically just be putting a bandaid on a 20+ year old system, which we really appreciated.
We ended up replacing the furnace and AC, and Stan and Seth did a great job with the install.
Steve, our salesman, was awesome. He gave us 3 options to start, but my husband had tons of questions and Steve undated the bid a few times with even more options. He was so patient and willing to explain everything and keep adjusting things until we felt confident we were choosing the right system for our home.
