Cannon from Roto-Rooter came out Saturday night when we had a serious backup in our finished basement. He responded quickly, was courteous, and did an amazingly thorough job.
He cleared the line all the way to the street, showed us video of the issue, and put together a plan to help protect us from future backups. He took the time to explain what was happening and what we could do next.
Nobody wants to spend their Saturday night dealing with water in their basement. Having someone show up quickly and handle it so thoroughly made a stressful situation much easier. We’re grateful for Cannon’s work and highly recommend him.
Cannon from roto-rooter was a life saver last night (literally) I found a kitten trapped in a flood drain stuck around 10ft deep and animal control wouldn’t help until Monday, I called roto-rooter and cannon was there in 10 minutes got the man hole off and saved this kitten.
Brandon, Kade and crew did an excellent job at replacing our garage drain line. We had constant rain, (which stalled the job a few times), but they were determined to get it completed asap even with a bunch of unexpected hurdles getting in the way. They were all pleasant to speak to and kept us informed each step of the way.
