2 days prior we had an issue with our basement and then we had an issue today 2/29 with our sink. Our technician today was above and beyond, explained how the clog happened and helped us to understand preventative measures to keep it from happening. He was pleasant, efficient the whole time. Good Afternoon,I know that most people only send messages when they are upset.However, I believe you should report all the great things. My husband called your office today asked to be scheduled for today. Your company sent out the most wonderful P\polite, knowledgeable, and personable technician to my home. Not only did he do a wonderful job. He was here in a timely manner, cleaned everything and made me feel safe that we called the correct company for the job. Cannon from Roto Rooter came into my work place to fix up a backed up sink. Cannon was very prompt and extremely friendly and got the job done in no time! I can confidently say that Cannon is now my go-to guy!
