Tappendorf Plumbing

I had a plumbing emergency and of the dozen places I called, Tappendorf was the only one that would come out that say. Every single other place had a 4 day wait. Great customer service & Zack was the sweetest serviceman.

Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. I spoke with Bob on a Thursday after being without plumbing for 4 days. I spoke to a few companies prior and had an appointment set for the following Tuesday just to take a look because that was the earliest I thought I could have anyone there. When Bob reached out he said “no, we can be there Friday with the camera to get a look at what we’re dealing with and be back on Monday to start work. This is an emergency”. By Friday mid day he had someone here setting barrels in the front yard to block off the street for when they start work. Our water/sewer line was backing up in the basement on a Saturday night. I called several places with no luck. I called Tappendorf on Sunday morning and they came out and unclothed our sewer line and came back first thing Monday morning and finished up. I cannot thank the owner and plumber for the help and professionalism we were given. We will definitely recommend Tappendorf Plumbing to everyone who needs a plumber.Services: Sewer repair
