“After contacting 4 supposedly 24/7 plumbing outfits at 4:00 pm with a clogged drain at the home of my brother who has dementia all of who said maybe Monday or Tusday. I finally contacted Tom at Neels Plumbing he was there Saturday morning and opened the drain. This drain has plugged 4 times previously turns out the cast iron pipe installed in the mid to late 60's was rusted out and compromised in several places. Tom got permits brought his backhoe and replaced over 100 feet of bad pipe with standard 40 plastic on Tuesday came back and completed clean up and backfilling. All in an extremely satisfying experience. The price was acceptable as well.“

“Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.“

“Came home sunday afternoon and furnace not working. Temperature in house had dropped to about 55 degrees. Temperature outside was below 0. Called J L Brady about 2. Service man called about 2:45 said he would be able to make around 4:30. Diagnosed the issue needed new gas valve. He called supplier and got them to open up the shop on Sunday evening to get part. Came back around 8 and had the furnace running by 8:30. Dan the repairman was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. It did cost more considering it was Sunday, but it was worth it to get heat back on in the house.“
