“Once again, TMI to the rescue! I had a shower issue with the faucet handle. It wouldn't turn off! A valve or something was stripped or worn out inside. I tried to stop it, not fix it, but made things worse! Lol. Called TMI .....was told a tech would be out between 10-noon....10 mins later, I got a message that Justin Roberts is on the way! Justin showed up with a handshake and a smile and we had a good laugh! He was in and out in about 20 mins. Paid the service call fee and all was good!
