“Last weekend we came home from a birthday party to find water in our basement sump room. After investigating, we found the active leak outside, against the house foundation, along the sewer lateral. Our general plumber advised we contact a sewage specialist. On a Saturday, we called around a few places. Josh-Rooter was very responsive and came out within an hour. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help us, as this was an emergency: we could not use our water and we have a toddler and dogs. They performed a quality job, quickly, on a Saturday! And for more than a fair price. I highly recommend them for urgent repairs and also routine maintenance for any plumbing and sewage needs. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. “I had an amazing experience. I came out later Thursday night to my water heater leaking water. After multiple calls to a few "24" hour emergency places that had no openings, I was beyond frustrated. I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! Not only that but they had a whole proposal laid out for me to review, a great price, and were available to come that next morning. I had an appt I couldn't move at 1pm that day and was concerned that it would mess with the install. They let me know they would have their workers take a lunch break and come back when I was ready. “Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial call I had someone come 2x and my issues were fully resolved.“
