“I recently purchased a new home that needed some items repaired. Arrow Plumbing sent Mike out to cleanout a few drains and fix an outside faucet that did not work properly. Mike was professional and addressed all the issues. I later had Zach out to replace two older toilets. Once again another impressive visit from Arrow Plumbing. They leave the work space clean when they are done with the job. We had Arrow come back again to replace 3 bathroom faucets and a kitchen sink faucet. Jerrod did a fantastic job! The latest call was for a bathroom sink drain that would only back up when you would drain a full sink of water. Zach snaked the drain and it is now working normally. I do not write reviews but Arrow Plumbing is fantastic! If you are looking for a plumbing company you will feel comfortable with the this is the one!“

“Last weekend we came home from a birthday party to find water in our basement sump room. After investigating, we found the active leak outside, against the house foundation, along the sewer lateral. Our general plumber advised we contact a sewage specialist. On a Saturday, we called around a few places. Josh-Rooter was very responsive and came out within an hour. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help us, as this was an emergency: we could not use our water and we have a toddler and dogs. They performed a quality job, quickly, on a Saturday! And for more than a fair price. I highly recommend them for urgent repairs and also routine maintenance for any plumbing and sewage needs. Very grateful to have found this company.“

From the minute I called and scheduled an appointment with the helpful receptionist to the the time I encountered the skilled plumber, Mark, who inspected my entire residence and affirmed no leaking fixtures or other sources, I knew immediately that this organization is one to which I will remain loyal.Years ago my neighbor told me of her disdain for a company known as "ABC Plumbing" and the complete fleecing she allegedly endured at the hand of an unscrupulous huckster so I knew only to eschew this entity. A colleague recommended HT Strenger and I am glad that he did as the organization exuded professionalism and efficiency top to bottom. Mark was extremely helpful, affiable and customer centered and, while I cannot say I look forward to seeing him again, for obvious reasons, he'll be welcomed again with open arms should any ensuing plumbing issue manifest.
