Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial call I had someone come 2x and my issues were fully resolved.

David was great to work with, priced fairly and straightforward. He was very knowledgeable and able to give us the cause and explaination on why the issue occurred and how to avoid it in the future. Worked with Dave on installing a new furnace. He made suggestions on why it made sense to move forward and the price for installing was fair. He did a great job getting the equipment and finishing the job promptly when I needed it. I'm very pleased with the work he did and I'd recommend him.
