He checked everything and showed us how to regulate our humidity (which had been too low for us). “Our furnace went out in one of the coldest days of the year. We called our usual HVAC company we’ve used and no response. My husband called and texted I also called and texted. And till this day we have not received a callback. I called Kings Heating and Cooling they responded quickly and a technician was sent out within 20 minutes. Cole was polite and honest with us. He set us up with a sales rep. Who also came out the same night. Jordan was very personable, funny and he loved our dog Ozzie. We were given space heaters and our furnace was installed within 2 days. Technicians were also professional and respectful. We are very happy with our furnace and humidifier. Needless to say our old HVAC company is no longer on our contact list. A huge thank you to TJ you are awesome.“
