I received quality service within 24 hours of submitting my home warranty service claim. The tech immediatedly phoned me after submitting my online claim. My service appointment had a two hour arrival window, which was satisfied. The tech covered his feet before entering my home. That was great especially since it was damp outside. He was extremely pleasant and busied himself with the task of repairing my furnace. My furnace was up and running before he left. I made a repair request through my AHS warranty and I'm more than pleased. Ben is great. He's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the issues my furnace presented and resolved them quickly. He took the time to explain to me each issue and the required fixes. I would absolutely call Ben again if I need--not that I hope I need to : )
My repair man was pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable of the issue I was experiencing. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. He didn't have to leave to go somewhere and get parts, he was already equipped for the job. I would definitely call them back again.
