“I am a Senior Widow. On Thursday, my furnace shut completely down and was blowing only cold air! Outside the temperatures were in the 20s and it was frigid inside.<br>I found PRECISION HVAC through Google, and it was truly a blessing! They came out that afternoon and ran some tests.<br>At first, they thought they could make some temporary adjustments, till I decided if I wanted a new furnace, but as we continue to have conversation, the Carbon Monoxide Meter showed that carbon monoxide was leaking from my old unit, at a rapid pace! They were forced to shut the whole unit down!<br><br>They contacted their estimator, Peter, who came later that evening to discuss a new furnace and various prices. On his way to seeing me, he stopped at the office and brought two Space Heaters, for me to use for that evening and Saturday the next day, until the new installers could get to me at noon.<br>I was truly touched by the fact that Peter would think of my well-being, and bring space heaters on his own!<br><br>I am enjoying my new Trane Furnace, and have already referred a new client to them, and have told our manager of the condo complex about their efficiency, professionalism, and reasonable prices. Needless to say. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION HVAC … 5 STARS ‼️”
“We just moved in and wanted to change a shower head, and it wasn’t happening until Mr. Burris promptly returned my call and checked out the situation to see if I could resolve it, but the shower head was really jammed and not going anywhere. He asked for pictures and came right over. He is super-nice, got his tools and fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance advice on removing soap scum and keeping drains clear. He is plumber of the year! If you’re looking for a plumber this is the guy to call!”

“Our furnace went out in one of the coldest days of the year. We called our usual HVAC company we’ve used and no response. My husband called and texted I also called and texted. And till this day we have not received a callback. I called Kings Heating and Cooling they responded quickly and a technician was sent out within 20 minutes. Cole was polite and honest with us. He set us up with a sales rep. Who also came out the same night. Jordan was very personable, funny and he loved our dog Ozzie. We were given space heaters and our furnace was installed within 2 days. Technicians were also professional and respectful. We are very happy with our furnace and humidifier. Needless to say our old HVAC company is no longer on our contact list.
