Technician Josh was on time and professional. Although there was a mishap with a part that was ordered and faulty it was reordered and Josh rescheduled and repaired the air conditioning unit.

The repair technician was very friendly and he came in and did his job. Also, told us what needed to be repaired at a later time. Really appreciate it. Will call again for the repairs.
