Installed new furnace in Feb 2021 with warranty for parts and labor. Come Oct 2023, the inducer motor crapped out. They honored the replacement of the part and labor free of charge. Turnaround time was 1.5 days and they made the process smooth and easy. These guys value customer service whether it's furnace repairs or routine maintenance. Period.
